Reading the Docket
The confirmation, modification and dismissal hearings docket includes the date and time of the hearing, the division (Brownsville, McAllen or Corpus Christi) the case number, debtor’s name and attorney, and the type of hearing; confirmation, modification or dismissal. We will periodically update dockets to reflect the trustee’s recommendations for each case.
Possible recommendations are:
